CANCELLATIONS

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.  No exceptions, No exclusions.  Please ensure that you carefully read all of the detailed information in the product description and product title.

If the item you ordered is eligible for return.  You may request an RMA for that item if the item has not shipped.  You will be issued a store credit for that item to apply towards another purchase.  If the items is a FINAL SALE ITEM (Sale Item, Online Exclusive, Bodysuit, Lingering, Accessories, Swimwear, or Purchased With a Promotional Code) the item is FINAL SALE and the order CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

PRE-ORDERS....All pre-order dates are estimated shipping dates. Please note, dates may vary 1-3 weeks depending on vendor shipping delays.  Should the date exceed the ETA by more than 3 weeks, you will receive an email with an update.  Should you like to cancel your order, a store credit will be issued to apply towards a new purchase.

Please note our customer services hours are Tuesday - Friday 10AM - 5PM CST.  If you request an RMA Return for an order cancellation and our shipping department has already shipped your order, you will receive an RMA for the item should it be eligible for return.
