Return Policy

We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping.  All Sales are Final on Accessories, Body Suits, Lingerie, Swimwear, ALL SALE and Consignment Items. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. SALE ITEMS INCLUDE Online Exclusives, Markdowns, Promotional and Sale Purchases. All purchases where a promotional/sale code is entered or automatically applied via a promotional sale is deemed Final Sale. Final Sale items are No Returns, No Exchanges. No Exceptions.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. SEE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY LINK.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. Once an order is placed, we do not combine orders and refund shipping.  

PROMOTIONAL CODE PURCHASES. Once an order is placed, we cannot add a code to your order. All promotional codes must be entered at checkout.  We will not refund/credit the difference during any promotional period when a code is not entered/working.  Should a promotional code not work, email/call us BEFORE you place your order so that we may fixed the code should there be an error. 

Clothing garments and shoes may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit to apply towards a new purchase, No REFUNDS.  Store credits do not expire, they are valid until you use them. Garments must be unworn with tags attached.  ALL returns require a return authorization number.  Please email us at, orders@tresorcacheboutique.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.  A return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The return authorization number is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted. ALL returns without a return authorization number will be refused. 

RMA Credit Codes ARE NOT combinable with any other purchasing/promotional codes.  RMA Codes are assigned per order and are not combinable.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES...For all returns we will issue a store credit only to apply towards another purchase.

AFTERPAY CUSTOMERS...If you use AfterPay as your payment method your account will continued to be drafted until your 4 Installments are complete with AfterPay.  A store credit will be issued when your return is received back to us to apply towards a new purchase.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP CUSTOMERS...If your order is not picked up by the date sent via your customer pick up email and your order is shipped to you, that will indicate the order has been sitting at our showroom past 7 days and your order will be deemed FINAL SALE...No Returns, No Exchanges.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost for product(s).  If we find any defects on the merchandise and/or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

Items refused at shipping and/or returned without a RMA will access a 25% restocking fee along with shipping cost of the order.

PRE-ORDERS....All pre-order dates are estimated shipping dates. Please note, dates may vary 1-3 weeks depending on vendor shipping delays.  Should the date exceed the ETA by more than 2 weeks, you will receive an email with an update.  Should you like to cancel your order, a store credit will be issued to apply towards a new purchase.
