SHIPPING/CUSTOMER PICK-UP

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

At this time, Trésor Caché Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Additionally, Trésor Caché Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, along with other international locations via the website.  All International/APO customers, please email us at orders@tresorcacheboutique.com if you have any issues completing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within three business days and are shipped via UPS or USPS Rate service.  Please note we are closed Sunday and Monday, orders received on those days begin processing on Tuesday.  Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt after your order has shipped.  Tracking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of your shipment.  If you are need of an expedited shipment, please email us at orders@tresorcacheboutique.com or call the store and we'll be glad to process your request.  

If you're located in Houston and would like to do a Local Pick-Up that option is available to you at Check-Out.

All products on our website are stock are In-Stock and Ready to Ship unless otherwise noted in the product details.  All PRE-ORDER items are given an expected shipping date. Please note dates are expected by delivery from our vendor, so allow up to 4-7 days after that date for product receipt at our boutique.  Please note dates are expected and can vary.

ORDER CONSOLIDATION:

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. Once an order is placed, we do not combine orders and refund shipping.  We are unable to add an item to your order after your order has been placed.

***CUSTOMER PICK-UPS***:

Please note that your exchange/return period begins 24 hours after your order is placed.  All customer pick-up orders are pulled from our warehouse and not from our Showroom.  You will receive an email with "Ready for Pick-Up" in the subject line once your order is ready to be picked up.  If your order is less than $150.00 you will pay a shipping fee of $8.95.  This fee is due to the large increasing number of customers not pickup up their orders.  If your order is not picked up by close of business by the specified date in the email, your order will automatically be shipped to you.  Please ensure you have entered your correct shipping address.  If your order is picked up by the date enclosed in the email you will received a credit voucher to apply towards your next in store purchase for the shipping fee.  Shipping Credit Code Vouchers are valid until you use them and can be used in store or a code can be created at pick-up for you to use online.

Customer Pick-Ups can be picked up doing our store hours after an email confirmation that your order is ready. 

Showroom Hours are:

Thursday and Friday 12PM - 7PM and Saturday 11AM - 5PM CST

If your order is not picked up by the date sent via your customer pick up email and your order is shipped to you, that will indicate the order has been sitting at our showroom past 7 days and your order will be deemed FINAL SALE...No Returns, No Exchanges.

REFUSED AND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:

Items refused at shipping and/or returned without a proper RMA will access a 25% restocking fee along with shipping cost of the order.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our carrier has shown packages have been delivered.  All packages are shipped insured. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier should your package be lost or stolen.  By completing your purchase you agree and adhere to our shipping and delivery policies.
